Our coordination service is the perfect solution if you need a team to handle the logistical details of your event. We’ll be your point-person on the day of the event, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Starting a month before the event, we'll confirm vendors, create a day-of timeline, and make sure payments and guest counts are in order. We won't be involved in the earlier planning stages or budget tracking, but we'll coordinate everything involved on the day of the event to ensure that everything done up until we take over is perfect.
